Johanna St. Michael is an incredibly talented, patient and professional graphic designer/artist. I began working with Johanna 7 years ago to develop my logo, marketing materials and website for my mobile personal training business, Exercise Partners. In 2008, I opened my first full-service fitness centre (MedEx Fitness Centre Ltd.). The advertising and marketing demands were at a much higher level than what I was used to, but Johanna made certain that the MedEx message was clear and visually appealing. Her ability to design pleasing images and balance content, has enabled us to stay fresh and vibrant in the marketplace.

The new design of our website in the summer of 2010 took my breath away when she first revealed it and has transformed the way MedEx is received by clients and professionals. Updating the content and tracking visits and ‘hits’ to various parts of the site in 2011 has been easy and incredibly valuable due to how Johanna has organized the site.

Beyond beautiful. I love it! The wordmark is VERY Art-Deco, the Falls looks like the Falls, and the interplay of blues and black is very, very effective. The stars are evidently something you asked for – I’m trying to figure out the symbolism Anyway, I love this. This is great design. This logo is the clear winner. I would frame this and display it in my home.

Johanna has been a tremendous help to me for two different projects. The first one required her to completely create a company logo from scratch.
